肩胛上神经卡压综合征治疗分析

目的 探讨不同方法治疗肩胂上神经卡压综合征的疗效。方法 对32例病程3mo-3a的肩胛上神经卡压综合征患者15例采用局部封闭治疗，17例采取后，入路切断肩胛上横韧带松解肩胛上神经的手术方法。观察患者术后症状、肌力、肌肉萎缩的恢复情况。结果 全组患者治愈16例，显效13例，有效3例。结论 肩胛上神经卡压综合征诊断明确，要依据不同临床症状及严重程度选择相应的治疗方法。

Analysis on Treatment of 32 Cases of Suprascapular nerve Entrapment synorome

Obiectlve To investigate the efficacy of different methods for treating suprascapular nerve entrapment syndrome. Methods Thirty-two cases with duration of suprascapular nerve entrapment syndrome of 3mo to 3 years were enrolled in this study, of whom 15 received local block therapy while the remaining 12 were treated with suprascapular neurolysis in the posterior approach by resecting superior transverse scapular ligament. The recovery states of postoperative symptoms, muscle strength and myatrophy were observed. Results In entire group, 16 cases were cured, 13 excellent and the remaining 3 effective. Conclusion In patients with established suprascapular nerve entrapment syndrome, corresponding treatment methods should be selected on the basis of various clinical symptoms and disease severity.
