| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨手术室麻醉护理对肺癌手术患者围术期的影响。方法 回顾性总结手术室护士对70例肺癌手术患者围术期的麻醉配合及护理经验。结果 本组57例在手术室拔管，13例带管入ICU，其中6例有术后并发症，但无麻醉意外、手术死亡病例。结论手术室护士认真、细致地对患者实施麻醉护理、配合麻醉医生进行麻醉及术中监测是取得满意的麻醉效果的重要措施之一，并能有效地提高手术成功率。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of anaesthetic nursing care in operating room on surgical patients with pulmonary carcinoma in perioperative period. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 70 surgical cases of pulmonary carcinoma regarding perioperative anaesthetic coordination and nursing care. Results In entire group, 57 cases underwent extubation in operating room and the other 13 entered into ICU with catheter, among whom 6 were in the presence of postoperative complications but in the absence of anesthetic accident and surgical death. Conclusion Careful anaesthetic nursing care performed by nurses in operating room, combination with anaesthetist to conduct the anesthesia and intraoperaitve monitoring can be the important measures to achieving satisfactory anaesthetic effectiveness, facilitating effectively elevated success rate for operation. |
