| Abstract: | For construction of harmonious patient-physician relationship, we should give play to not only the functions of policy, consensus and public opinion directions but thought and emotion, service measure and mass cognition regulative functions of the ideological and political work, and reinforce the creativity of the employee and centripetal force of the harmonious development of the hosoital, thus accelerating the harmonious sustainecl development of the hospital. |
