腹部闭合性损伤的急救和护理

目的 探讨腹部闭合性损伤的诊断、急救、护理。方法 探讨对46例腹部闭合性损伤患者术前生命体征，腹部体征观察，建立快速有效输液通道纠正休克，完善术前准备及术后护理，为患者提供了安全、有效的抢救和护理措施。结果 45例患者治愈，另1例合并严重的胸部损伤而死亡。结论 腹部闭合性损伤常合并多脏器损伤，易导致失血性休克和多脏器功能衰竭，因此，严密的病情观察，早期诊断，及时抢救，尽早手术能大大降低并发症及临床死亡率。

Rescue and Nursing Care of Abdominal Closed Injury

Obieetlve To investigate the diagnosis, rescue and nursing care of abdominal closed injury. Methods in 40 cases of abdominal closed injury, their pre-operative vital and abdominal signs were observed, rapid and potent transfuston passage was established for correcting shock, perfect pre-operative preparations and post-operative nursing were achieved to provide the panents with safe and effective rescuing and nursing measures. Results 0f46 cases included, 45 were cured and the other 1 died of concurrent severe thoracic injury. Conclusion Abdominal closed injury is frequently complicated with miutiple organ injuries and prone to result in the hemorrhagic shock and multiple organ failure. And therefore, close condition observarto.n, early diagnosis, prompt rescue, and operation as early as possible can materially reduce the complication occurrence and mortality in clinical practice.
