新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病与心肌酶改变的关系

摘    要:目的 了解新生儿缺氧缺血是否有心肌受损以及相对应的治疗处理。方法 按照缺氧缺血性脑病诊断标准,将227例患儿分为对照组与治疗组,对照组100例,治疗组127例,入院后均进行血生化检查、观察心肌酶活性改变,治疗7.9d后复查心肌酶活性,观察各组患儿的心肌酶活性与缺氧缺血的关系。结果 发现对照组心肌酶活性基本正常,治疗观察组心肌酶活性明显升高。结论 心肌酶的活性升高与缺氧缺血的程度呈正相关,治疗后心肌酶活性逐渐恢复至正常水平。

Abstract:Objective To understand whether there existed myocardial injury in neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy and investigate the corresponding treatment. Methods A total of 227 affected infants diagnosed as having hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy were divided into control and therapy group comprising 127 and 100 cases respectively, who received blood biochemical examination to observe the myocardial enzyme activity alterations after admission. And the myocardial enzyme activities of them were re-examined 7-9d after treatment to analyze the association of myocardial enzyme activity with hypoxia and ischemia in affected infants. Results The myocardial enzyme activities of the control group were basically within normal range while those were markedly elevated in the therapy group. Conclusion Increased activities of the myocardial enzymes are directly related to the severity of hypoxia and ischemia, but they return to normal gradually after treatment.
