主动脉夹层动脉瘤的急救护理

目的 探索与总结主动脉夹层动脉瘤的急救护理措施，提高疾病的抢救成功率。方法对12例主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者采用绝对卧床、止痛、控制血压、心理监护、吸氧等护理与治疗。结果 10例经保守治疗，病情稳定出院，死亡2例。结论 早期诊断，安全转运，注重对患者生命体征的监护，及时缓解疼痛，进行有效的心理疏导，均能有效提高主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者的抢救成功率。

Emergency Nursing Care in Aortic Dissecting Aneurysm

Objective To investigate and summarize the emergency nursing measures to aortic dissecting aneurysm, and to ratse the success rate for rescue. Methods Twelve cases of aortic dissecting aneurysm received nursing interventions and treatment such as absolute bedrest, odynolysis, blood pressure control, ECG monitoring and oxygen inhalation, Results Of all 12 cases, 10 had stable condition and discharged after receiving conservative therapy, and the other 2 died, Condusion Early diagnosis, safe transfer, emphasis on surveillance of vital signs of the patients, immediate pain alleviation and potent mental guidance can markedly raise the success rate for rescue in patients with aortic dissecting aneurvsm.
