| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经皮穿刺放置硅胶管心包持续引流治疗心包积液的疗效及安全性。方法对85例心包积液患者经皮穿刺放置硅胶管进行心包持续引流的临床资料进行分析。结果全组患者均引流成功，且无并发症发生。结论经皮穿刺放置硅胶管心包持续引流安全有效，能达到彻底引流心包积液的目的。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the efficacy and feasibility of placement of silica tube through percutaneous puncture for sustained Pericardial drainage for pericardial effusion. Methods Clinical data from 85 cases of pericardial effusion receiving silica tube placement through percutaneous puncture for pericardial drainage were retrospectively analysed. Results All 85 cases of pericardial effusion achieved smooth drainage in the absence of the complication. Conclusion Silica tube placement through percutaneous puncture for sustained pericardial drainage is safe and potent, achieving the goal of thorough drainage of pericardial effusion. |
