摘    要:目的 研究老年人肺部感染的细菌种类及其耐药情况。方法 对80例肺部感染的老年患者的痰标本进行细菌培养和菌种鉴定,并进行药物敏感测定。结果 80例痰标本共分离出出致病菌98株,其中革兰阳性菌(G^+)占13.3%,革兰阴性菌(G^-)占79.6%,霉菌占7.1%;其中肺炎克雷伯菌为最重要的致病菌,其次是铜绿假单胞菌、大肠埃希菌产气肠杆菌;药物敏感试验显示,大多数G对广谱抗生素耐药。结论 对于老年人肺部感染的治疗,临床上应重视细菌的种类和细菌的耐药问题,合理使用抗生素。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the bacterial species and drug resistance state of pulmonary infection among aged people. Methods Sputum specimen from 80 senile cases of pulmonary were collected for bacterial culture and strain identification as well as susceptibility testing. Results A total of 98 strains of pathogens were isolated from sputum of SO cases of pulmonary infection, in which Gram-negative bacteria accounted for 13.3%, Gram-positive bacteria for 79.6% and mold for 7.1%. Of all isolates, Klebsiella pneumoniae was predominant, followed by Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli and Enterobacter aerogenes. Susceptibility test results showed that majorities of Gram-positive bacteria were resistant to broad-spectrum antibiotic. Conclusion During treatment of senile pulmonary infection, bacterial species and resistance should be emphasized to rationally use antibiotics.
