超声测量妊娠囊与卵黄囊切面积比值的研究

摘    要:目的 应用超声测量早孕妊娠囊与卵黄囊最大切面比值,探讨异常卵黄囊与妊娠的相关性。方法 采用经阴道超声对354例孕妇进行卵黄囊检测,观察其形态,测量妊娠囊及卵黄囊最大切面面积的大小,并随访孕妇至妊娠分娩。结果 妊娠正常315例,自发性流产39例。该法敏感性为84.6%,特异性为99.0%,阳性预期值为91.7%,阴性预期值为98.1%。结论 孕早期应用超声测量妊娠囊与卵黄囊最大切面比值可作为预测妊娠发展和转归的一种手段。

Abstract:Objective To research on the ratio of the cutting area of gestation to yolk sac in early pregnancy by ultrasonography and investigate the association between abnormal yolk sac and pregnancy. Methods The yolk sacs of 354 pregnant women were detected by vaginal ultrasonography, the morphology was observed and the maximum cutting areas of the gestation and yolk sacs measured, and a follow-up was made till delivery. Results Of all 354 cases, 315 had normal pregnancies and the other 39 presented with spontaneous abortion. The sensitivity, specificity, and positive and negative predictive value were 84.6, 99.0, 91.7 and 98.1%, respectively. Conclusion Administration of ultrasound for measuring the ratio of the cutting area of gestation to yolk sac during early pregnancy can be used as a measure to predict the development and turnover of pregnancy.
