| 摘 要： | 目的 分析比较不同临床类型乙型肝炎病例的血清HBeAg/HBeAb与HBV DNA阳性率和定量水平,探讨临床病情与HBV复制水平的关系.方法 收集湘雅二医院传染科在同日应用时间分辨免疫荧光法(TIBIA)和荧光定量PCR(FQ-PCR)定量测定血清HBeAg/HBeAb和HBV DNA水平的不同临床类型乙肝病例共802例.比较各组病例的HBeAg/HBeAb和HBV DNA阳性率和定量水平.结果 各组病例间HBeAb水平差异无显著性,慢性轻度病例HBeAg和HBV DNA阳性率及定量水平均较高,急性或亚急性重型以及HBeAb阳性急性黄疸型病例HBeAg和HBV DNA阳性率及定量水平均较低,其他临床类型病例HBeAg和HBV DNA阳性率及定量水平差异均无显著性.结论 不同临床类型乙肝病例的血清HBeAb水平差异无显著性,急性乙肝恢复期HBV复制水平较低,但慢性轻度病例HBeAg和HBV DNA较高而急性或亚急性重型病例较低,可能与机体免疫状态相关.
