3008例已婚妇女宫颈癌筛查结果分析

目的:分析液基薄层细胞学检查(TCT)在宫颈癌筛查中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析3 008例已婚妇女进行宫颈癌筛查情况,采用TCT检查初筛,结果中ASC-US及ASC-US以上者定为阳性,阳性患者行HPV-DNA检查、阴道镜及宫颈活检。结果:3 008例TCT阳性者219例(7.28%),其中ASC-US 183例(83.56%),ASC-H 3例(1.37%),LSIL 25例(11.42%),HSIL 6例(2.74%),SCC 0例(0.00%),AGC 2例(0.91%),AC 0例(0.00%);201例行HPV-DNA检查(91.78%),感染者为阳性127例(63.18%);201行阴道镜及宫颈活检(91.78%),炎性改变157例(78.10%),CINI 18例(8.96%),CINII14例(6.97%),CINIII 9例(4.48%),SCC 3例(1.49%),AC 0例(0.00%)。结论:TCT可以显著提高宫颈细胞学检查的阳性率,可以作为宫颈癌筛查的重要手段。

Analysis of the results of 3008 cases of married women in cervical cancer screening

Objective analysis of liquid based thinprep cytologic test(TCT) in the value of cervical cancer screening application.Method A retrospective analysis of 3008 cases of married women in cervical cancer screening in 2011 from April to July in the region.The TCT screening results,ASC-US and ASC-US above as a positive,the positive cases were examined by HPV-DNA,colposcopy and cervical biopsy.Results 3008 cases of TCT were positive in 219 patients(7.28%),including 183 cases of ASC-US(83.56%),ASC-H 3cases(1.37%),LSIL 25 cases(11.42%),HSIL 6 cases(2.74%),SCC 0 cases(0%),AGC 2 cases,AC 0 cases(0.91%)(0%).201 examinations of HPV-DNA(91.78%),infected was positive in 127 patients(63.18%).201 lines of colposcopy and cervical biopsy(91.78%),inflammatory changed in 157 cases(78.10%),CINI 18 cases(8.96%),CINII 14 cases(6.97%),CINIII 9 cases(4.48%),SCC 3 cases,AC 0 cases(1.49%)(0%).Conclusion TCT can significantly improve the positive rate in the cervical cytology examination,and it can be used as an important means of cervical cancer screening.
