| 摘 要： | 目的探讨循证护理对小儿支原体肺炎临床疗效的影响。方法选择2010年5月—2011年5月80例支原体肺炎患儿,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用儿科常规护理,观察组应用循证护理,观察两组护理后临床症状消失时间和临床疗效变化。结果观察组患儿的体温恢复时间、气促消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间、咳嗽消失时间显著短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P0.01);观察组疗效明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论循证护理明显缩短小儿支原体肺炎的临床症状时间,提高临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective]To investigate the influence of evidence-based nursing on efficacy of mycoplasmal pneumonia in children.Methods]80 children with mycoplasmal pneumonia collected from May 2010 to May 2011 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given the routine pediatric nursing care,and the observation group received the evidence-based nursing.The duration of symptom disappearance and changes of curative effect were observed in two groups.Results]The durations of temperature recovery,pant disappearance,lung rale disappearance and cough disappearance of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.01 all).The curative effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion]The evidence-based nursing can significantly reduce the duration of symptom disappearance and improve the clinical efficacy. |
