| 摘 要： | 目的:对16例自主功能性甲状腺结节进行回顾性分析。方法:16例自主功能性甲状腺结节(AFTA)患者给予一次性口服I131555～1 295 MBq治疗,在治疗前、治疗后3个月、6个月、12个月先后测血清FT3、FT4、TSH并进行甲状腺显像,观察腺瘤在治疗前后的变化。结果:治愈10例(62.5%),好转5例(31.3%),有效率为93.8%,其中甲状腺功能减低症3例(18.8%),无效1例(6.3%);观察时间2～9年,结节无复发,无晚发早减出现。结论:I131治疗自主功能性甲状腺结节是一种简便、安全、有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical effect of I131radiotherapy in treatment of autonomously functioning thyroid nodule(AFTN).Method 16 AFTN patients took I131orally at the dose of 555~1 295 MBq,The level of serum FT3,FT4,TSH and thyroid imaging were processed before and 3,6,and 12 months after treatment,and the change of nodule was observed.Results After I131 treament,10(62.5%) patients were completely cured and the total effective rate was 93.8%.Conclusion I131 treatment is an effective and safe method in the treatment of AFTN. |
