西医降压降糖配合中医辨证治疗糖尿病合并高血压病随机对照临床研究

[目的]观察西医降压降糖配合中医辨证治疗糖尿病合并高血压病疗效。[方法]选取2009年1月至2011年1月我院收治的156例患者,按照随机数字表法,分为治疗组和对照组,每组78例。对照组接受基础治疗和西医降压降糖治疗,治疗组在此基础上接受中医辨证治疗。两组均连续治疗2个月判定疗效。[结果]治疗组总有效率为94.90%,对照组总有效率为79.50%,治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]西医降压降糖配合中医辨证治疗糖尿病合并高血压病疗效满意。

Diabetes Combined with 156 Cases Hypertension Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine Dialectical Analysis

[Objective]To investigate the effect of the treatment of diabetes mellitus and hypertension TCM dialectical[.Methods]From 2009 January to 2011 January in our hospital,156 patients,according to a random number table,divided into treatment group and control group,78 cases in each group.The control group received basic therapy and Western medicine hypoglycemic therapy,the treatment group based on the acceptance of treatment based on syndrome differentiation.The two groups were treated for 2 months to determine efficacy of continuous.[Results]The experimental treatment,the total effective rate was 94.9%,in the control group total effective rate was 79.5%,comparison of the data with statistically significant differences(P <0.05).[Conclusion]The results show that TCM treatment of diabetic patients with hypertension has a high application value.
