举宫杯联合钛夹在腹腔镜辅助下阴式子宫全切除术中的应用

目的:探讨举宫杯联合钛夹在腹腔镜辅助下阴式子宫全切除术(LAVH)中的临床应用。方法:有子宫切除指针患者72例,其中运用举宫杯联合钛夹辅助LAVH者42例(试验组),用举宫棒辅助下行同样手术30例(对照组),比较两种术式的临床应用效果。结果:所有患者均成功完成手术,无一例中转开腹,试验组与对照组相比,在手术时间、术中出血量、术后病率方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:举宫杯联合钛夹在腹腔镜辅助下阴式子宫全切除术,手术时间短、术中出血少、手术并发症少,手术操作安全可靠,值得临床推广。

Uterus lifting cup combined with titanium clip in laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy for application

Objective To investigate the applicaction of uterus lifting cup combined with titanium clip in laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy(LAVH)in the clinical.Method 72 patients had hysterectomy pointer,which uses the uterus lifting cup combined with titanium clip assisted LAVH in 42 cases(experimental group),with uterus lifting rod assisted downlink also had operation in 30 cases(control group),compared two groups for clinical application effect.Results all patients were successfully completed the operation,with no conversion to laparotomy.The experimental group compared with the control group,the operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative morbidity aspects had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Uterus lifting cup combined with titanium clip in laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy for,short operation time,has bleeding,has operation complications,operation is safe and reliable in operation.It worth clinical application.
