动脉瘤栓塞术治疗蛛网膜下腔出血31例临床分析

目的:评价动脉瘤栓塞术治疗蛛网膜下腔出血的效果。方法:选取潍坊市益都中心医院2007年1月～2010年1月收治的31例采用动脉瘤栓塞术的蛛网膜下腔出血患者(观察组),并与同期30例采用常规治疗方法的患者(对照组)进行比较。结果:观察组中31例中28例动脉瘤完全闭塞2例残余轻微显影,1例轻瘫;对照组中8例动脉瘤完全闭塞,15例CTA检查显影,7例死亡(合并瘫痪3例),观察组预后效果优于对照组。结论:动脉瘤栓塞术治疗蛛网膜下腔出血疗效确切,值得临床推广。

Clinical analysis of treating 31 cases of subarachnoid hemorrhage by aneurysm embolization

Objective: To evaluate the effect of treating subarachnoid hemorrhage by aneurysm embolization.Methods: Our hospital in January 2007 to January 2010,31 cases of aneurysm embolization in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage(observation group),and with the same period 30 patients were treated with conventional treatment(control group)for comparison.Results: The observation group(31 cases)aneurysms complete occlusion of two cases residual slight develop in 28 cases,one cases of paresis;eight cases of complete occlusion of aneurysms in the control group,15 cases of CTA,develop,and 7 deaths(combined paralysis three cases),the prognosis of the observation group than the control group.Conclusion: Treating subarachnoid hemorrhage by aneurysm embolization efficacy exact worthy of promotion.
