清热养阴法治疗慢性咽炎180例的临床观察

目的:观察运用中药清热养阴法治疗慢性咽炎的临床疗效。方法:对180例慢性咽炎患者分为风热型和虚火型,分别应用自拟疏风清热汤和养阴利咽汤治疗,并选取同期80例采用常规治疗方法的患者作为对照组。结果:实验组患者其有效率为98.3%,对照组为81.3%,实验组疗效明显优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:中药治疗慢性咽炎疗效显著可靠。

Clinical observation on treating 180 cases of chronic pharyngitis by the Qingre Yangyin method

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of the Qingre Yangyin method in treating chronic pharyngitis. Methods: 180 cases were divided into wind-heat type and virtual fire-type, respectively treated by Shufeng Qingre decoction and Yangyin Liyan decoction, at the same time, 80 cases were selected and given the conventional treatment methods as a control group. Results: The effective rate of the experimental group was 98.3%, and was 81.3% of the control group, the efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better (P<0.05). Conclusion: TCM was effective and reliable in treating chronic pharyngitis.
