预见性护理干预对重型颅脑损伤并发症的影响

目的探讨预见性护理干预对重型颅脑损伤患者并发症的影响。方法将我院80例重型颅脑损伤患者随机分为干预组和对照组各40例。对照组采用常规护理方法，干预组在常规护理的基础上实施预见性护理干预；观察两组患者并发症及焦虑发生情况。结果干预组并发症的发生率显著低于对照组。并且干预组的焦虑情况显著轻于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论重型颅脑损伤患者实施预见性护理干预对减少并发症发生、减轻患者的焦虑程度、降低病死率及改善伤者的预后有积极的意义。

Effects of predictive nursing intervention on complications of severe craniocerebralinjury

Objective To investigate the predictive nursing intervention on patients with severe craniocerebralinjury complication influence.Methods Eighty cases of severe craniocerebral injury patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing method,the intervention group on the basis of conventional nursing implementation of predictive nursing intervention,observe two groups of patients with complications and occurrence of anxiety.Results The intervention group the incidence of complications was significantly lower than the control group.And the intervention group anxiety was significantly lighter than the control group,two groups had a significant difference(P <0.05).Conclusion In patients with severe craniocerebralinjury the implement predictive nursing intervention can reduce complications,reduce patient anxiety level,to improve the quality of nursing,reduce the mortality and improve the prognosis is of positive significance.
