辨证分型及健康教育综合措施护理失眠59例

目的]观察辨证分型及健康教育综合措施护理失眠效果。方法]将59例门诊治疗的失眠患者进行辨证分型,在情志护理、环境护理、饮食护理、服药护理、中医辅助疗法(药枕、沐浴、耳穴压籽、按摩、适度性生活、音乐疗法、运动疗法)及健康教育等方面施以中医护理措施。结果]痊愈32例,显效19例,无效8例,总有效率86.44%。结论]加强中医辨证施护能够改善睡眠质量,消除疲劳,恢复精力,提高治疗效果。中医辨证施护失眠患者有明显效果。

Objective] Observation classification and health education syndrome differentiation comprehensive measures of nursing insomnia effect.Method] Will 59 patients of outpatient treatment for insomnia patients on syndrome differentiation and classification,sentiment in nursing,and environmental care,diet nursing,medication nursing,traditional auxiliary therapy(YaoZhen,bath,the ears pressure seed,massage,moderation,music therapy,life exercise therapy) and health education,etc with TCM nursing measures.Result] Well 32 cases,19 cases were markedly improved,8 had no effect,the total effective rate was 86.44%.Conclusion] Strengthening TCM syndrome differentiation can improve sleep quality;protect and improve the treatment effect,and can make patients eliminate fatigue,restore energy,physical and mental health.TCM syndrome differentiation;protect insomnia patients have obvious effect.
