40例重症急性胰腺炎并发症发生情况分析

目的:总结3年来我院40例重症急性胰腺炎并发症发生情况以及与病死率的关系。方法:回顾性总结40例患者的临床资料,分析SAP各种并发症如休克、ARDS、继发感染的发生情况以及与死亡率的关系。结果:31例(77.5%)患者发生各类并发症,发生1种并发症的12例(30.0%),2种并发症的8例(20.0%),3例死亡患者的死因主要包括呼吸衰竭(ARDS)(2例)、胰性脑病及急性肾衰(1例)和继发感染(1例)。结论:SAP的死亡原因是各种并发症,其中呼吸衰竭(ARDS)、急性肾衰、胰性脑病和继发感染是导致死亡的主要原因。

Reviews of complications incidence and mortality in 40 cases of severe acute pancreatitis

Objective To summarize the complications and mortality in 40 cases of severe acute pancreatitis(SAP) during 3 years in our hospital.Method We reviewed the clinical data of 40 cases of severe acute pancreatitis(SAP) from June 2008 to June 2011.Various complications,including shock,ARDS and infection were reviewed.And the relationship between complications and mortality were all remarked.Results The incidence of these complications was found in 31 cases(77.5%).The number of cases with one kind of complication was 12(30.0%).Eight cases(20.0%) complicated two kinds of complications.The death of 3 cases was caused by respiratory failurel(2 cases),pancreatic encephalopathy,acute renal failure(1 case) and infection(1 case).Conclusion Complications,such as respiratory failure,pancreatic encephalopathy,acute renal failure and infection,are the main causes of death in SAP.
