| 摘 要： | 文章以《内经》络病理论为基础,对过敏性紫癜的病机进行探讨,阐述了过敏性紫癜的基本病位在于血络,而风、热、湿、毒、虚、瘀则是重要的病因和病理环节.同时指出过敏性紫癜的发病机制与传变规律,详细阐释了对于过敏性紫癜发病机制的认识,为过敏性紫癜的临床治疗提供了理论依据.

| Abstract: | According to Collateral disease doctrine,this article focuses on the patho-mechanism of Henoch-Schonlein purpura.The basic pathological changes exist in blood vessels and collaterals;wind,heat,dampness,poison,deficiency and stagnantion are the important etiological factors and pathological links.Supplying the theoretic foundation for its treatment bascd on the understanding of the pathogenesis and trasmission of Henoch-Schonlein purpura. |
