| 摘 要： | 目的建立复方三七滴丸的薄层鉴别方法。方法采用薄层层析法对复方三七滴丸中的三七、白芷、川芎、当归、乳香进行定性鉴别。结果三七、白芷、川芎、当归、乳香的薄层图谱清晰,并且阴性无干扰。结论建立的鉴别方法可行,斑点清晰,分离度高,重现性好,可用作复方三七滴丸的质量控制方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To set up the TLC distinguishing method of Fufang Sanqi diwan. Methods Use the TLC distinguishing method to distinguish the radix notoginseng, radix angelicae dahuricac, rhizoma chuanxiong, radix angelicae sincnsis and mastic of the Fufang Sanqi pill. Results TLC distinguishing method can clearly distinguish the above five herbs . Conclusion The method is available and the spot separate is good,with great represence. It can be used for the quality of Fufang Sanqi pill. |
