四磨汤口服液加非营养性吸吮对早产儿胃肠功能成熟的促进作用

目的观察四磨汤口服液加非营养性吸吮对早产儿胃肠功能成熟的促进作用。方法将80例早产儿随机分为常规组和四磨汤组。观察两组早产儿首次大便及大便转黄时间;第10d体重增长数量;呕吐、腹胀、腹泻、高胆红素血症的发生率及胃管插管率。结果两组早产儿首次排便时间间差别无显著性意义(P>0.05),大便转黄时间间差别有显著性意义(P<0.05);两组早产儿到第10d体重增长数量及呕吐、腹胀、高胆红素血症的发生率间差别均有显著性意义(P<0.05),而腹泻发生率间差别无显著性意义(P>0.05);两组早产儿胃管插管率间差别有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论四磨汤口服液加非营养性吸吮能促进早产儿胃肠功能成熟,帮助早产儿度过喂养关,且未见明显不良反应,值得临床推广使用。

The Effect of Simotang Oral Liquid with Non-nutritive Sucking on Gastrointestinal Function of Premature Infants

Objective To observe the effects of simotang oral liquid with non-nutritive sucking (NNS) on gastro-intestinal function of premature infants.Methods 80 premature infants were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.Then the clinical symptoms in the two groups were observed after treatment,such as the time of meconium and yellow-stool excreted,increase of body weight on the 10th day,vomiting,abdominal distention,diarrhea and hyperbilirubinemia indidence and stomach tube rate.Results There was no significant difference in the first dejection of premature infants of the two groups (P>0.05),the time of yellow-stool being excreted in simotang group was shorter than in control group (P<0.05),there was significant difference in the increase of body weight of 10-days-old,vomiting,abdominal distention and hyperbilirubinemia between simotang group and the control group (P<0.05),but there was no difference in diarrhea incidence (P>0.05),there was significant difference in stomach tube rate (P<0.05).Conclusion Simotang oral liquid with non-nutritive sucking can improve gastro-intestinal function of the premature infants,help the infants pass the feeding time,and there is no obvious side-effect,so it is worth popularizing.
