胫骨平台骨折病人治疗方法的探讨

目的探讨胫骨平台骨折的治疗方法。方法采用保守治疗6例，手术25例。按SCHATZKER分型共分为6型，根据不同骨折类型决定是否植骨，采用螺丝钉、骨栓或钢板固定。结果全部病人经过1～4年的随访，其中保守治疗组中优2例、良2例、可2例，优良者占66．7％；手术组中优8例、良13例、可3例、差1例，优良者占84．0％。结论手术是治疗胫骨平台骨折的较有效办法，胫骨平台骨折后解剖复位、植骨、坚强内固定及早期功能锻炼是恢复膝关节功能的关键。

THERAPY OF FRACTURE OF TIBIAL PLATEAU: A REPORT OF 31 CASES

Objective To assess different therapies for fracture of tibial plateau. Methods Conservative therapy was done in six cases. Surgery performed in 26, which were classified as six types according to Schatzker typing. Whether the fracture to be treated by bone grafting, screw fixation, bolt, or plate fixation depending on various types. Results Follow-up for 1-4 years showed that, in the conservative group, excellent, good, and acceptable were two cases, respectively. For those who underwent surgery, eight cases were excellent; thirteen, goods three, acceptable, and one, poor. Conclusion Surgery is an effective treatment for fracture of tihial plateau. Positioning after fracture, bone grafting, firm internal fixation, and early functional exercise are the key to restore the function of knee joint.
