| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨染色体12p13上的rs12425791多态性与缺血性中风痰浊阻络证、阴虚血瘀证的血脂水平的相关性。方法:采用TaqMan基因分型技术对148例广西汉族缺血性中风患者(痰浊阻络证67例、阴虚血瘀证81例)的rs12425791进行基因分型,并测定患者总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平。结果:在缺血性中风痰浊阻络证患者中,不同rs12425791基因型或等位基因携带者的TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C水平均无统计学差异。在缺血性中风阴虚血瘀证患者中,不同rs12425791基因型或等位基因携带者的TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C水平也均无统计学差异。结论:rs12425791多态性可能与缺血性中风痰浊阻络证、阴虚血瘀证患者的血脂代谢无相关性。
