两种含氯消毒剂对带血手术器械的清洗消毒效果比较

目的观察酸性消毒剂和碱性消毒剂对污染有血迹的手术器械清洗消毒效果。方法通过目测法和细菌定量检测方法,对两种消毒剂浸泡消毒不同时间的效果进行检测和结果比较。结果用三氯异氰尿酸消毒液浸泡手术刀片10 min即出现氧化腐蚀作用,30 min出现较明显腐蚀作用。二氯异氰尿酸钠消毒液在碱性条件下浸泡手术刀片24 h亦未出现氧化腐蚀作用。两种含氯消毒剂溶液浸泡手术器械后放置48 h,取样液检测仍无菌生长。结论酸性含氯消毒剂对金属器械腐蚀作用明显,而碱性含氯消毒剂浸泡器械24 h也不产生腐蚀现象。

COMPARISON OF CLEANING AND DISINFECTION EFFECT TO BLOOD-TAKEN SURGICAL INSTRUMENTS BY TWO CHLORINE-CONTAINING DISINFECTANT

Objective To observe the cleaning and disinfection effect of the blood contaminated surgical instruments by acid and alkaline disinfectant.Methods Visual method and bacterial quantitative detection method were used to detect and compare the effect of immersing in two kind of disinfectant for different time.Results The surgery blade appeared oxidation and corrosion when immersed in trichloroisocyanuric acid disinfectant for 10 min,and appeared obvious corrosion for 30 min.The surgery blade did not show oxidation and corrosion when immersed in sodium dichloroisocyanurate disinfection in alkaline conditions for 24 h.After soaking surgical instruments for 48 h,the two kinds of chloric disinfectant solution were still sterile.Conclusion The acid chloric disinfectant have obvious corrosion to metal equipment,and alkaline chloric disinfectant have not corrosion when equipment immersed for 24 h.
