| 摘 要： | 目的:分析食管贲门癌术后腹泻的机理和药物治疗效果。方法:丙谷胺片每次0.4g,每日3次口服。复方苯乙哌啶片每次2片,每日3次口服。结果:本组78例,1d治愈38例,2d治愈25例,3d治愈12例,4d治愈3例。结论:丙谷胺能通过竞争胃泌素受体,具有抗胃泌素和抑制胃酸分泌作用,复方苯乙哌啶片是通过提高肠张力,减少小肠推进性运动,从而使腹泻得以治愈。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the mechanism and the medical effects of diarrhea after Oesophaguse cancer and cardia cancer operation.Methods:Proglumide was given orally 0.4 g each time,oral,tid.Codiphenoxylate,2 pills were given a time,oral and three times a day.Results:there were 78 cases in this group ,38 of them were cured in a day,25 cases in two days,12 cases in three days ,3 cases in four days.Conclusion:The reason of diarrhea after oesophagus-cardiac cancer operation is after the pneumogastric nerves being cut off ,the stomach and intestines moves weakly and food passes the bowel quickly,the permeation pressure hypertension and the increasing of the stomach power humoral factor.Proglumide can fight against the gastrin and stop the gastric acid secreting by gaining its receptors.Codipheaosylate can cure diarrhea by adding tension of the bowel,reducing the moving of the small intestines propulsion. |
