不同手术方式治疗翼状胬肉疗效分析

目的探讨自体角膜缘移植、结膜移植联合丝裂霉素以及常规手术方式治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。方法分析123例（125眼）翼状胬肉患者接受不同手术方式的手术效果。其中，A组66眼接受眼接受单纯胬肉切除联合丝裂霉素C术；B组41眼接受自体结膜瓣移植术联合丝裂霉素C，C组44眼接受胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘上皮移植术。术后随访20到24月，平均22．4月。结果A组复发率16．7％。B组复发率为4．9％，C组复发率4．5％。A组和B、C组之间的复发率有统计学差异（P〈0．05）。B和C组之间差异无统计学意义。结论丝裂霉素C联合结膜瓣移植以及自体角膜缘上皮移植治疗翼状胬肉是防止其复发的有效方法。

Comparative study of autologous limbal autograft, conjunctival autograft association with mitomycin C and conventional operation for pterygium

Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of pterygium treated with autologous limbal autograft, conjunctival autograft association with mitomycin C and conventional operation. Methods 125 eyes of 121 patients were divided into three groups, including group A, B and C. 66 eyes in group A, 41 eyes in group B and 44 eyes in group C were treated with conventional operation, conjunctivaI autograft and autologous limbal autograft association with mitomy- cin C, respectively. The patients were followed up from 22 to 24 months. Result The recurrence rate of pterygium in group A, B and C were 16. 7%, 4. 9~ and 4. 5~, respectively. The difference between group A and the other two groups （B and C） was statistically significance （P〈0.05）, whereas there was no statistically significance between group B and C. Conclusion It is effective to treat perygium with autologous limbal autograft, conjunctival autograft association with mitomycin C.
