上消化道出血内镜下治疗59例

目的：探讨上消化造出血的内镜下联合治疗的方法及其临床意义。方法：对59例门诊及住院病人于内镜直视下行注射、局部药物喷洒、微波、高频电等联合止血。结果：上消化造活动性出血止血成功率94．9％。结论：上消化道活动性出血内镜下注射；局部药物喷洒、微波、高频电等联合应用，止血率高，急诊手术率低，具有安全、简便、快速、低费用、低并发症、低死亡率等优点，值得推广。

Treatment of 59 Cases of Patients with Uper Digestive Tract Hemorrhage under Autoscope

Objective:To investigate the treating methods and clinical significance of upper digestive tract hemorrhage under autoscope.Methods:59 cases of the outpatients and inpatients were treated by combinde with injection,sprayed,microwave and oudinization for stopping bleeding.Results:The successful rate for stopping upper digestive tract active bleeding was 94 9%.Conclusions:The treatment has a high stopping bleeding rate and low emergency operation rate.It is a safe,simple,rapid,low expense,low complications and low mortality method and it is valuable to be extended.
