| 摘 要： | 目的:总结腹腔镜抗返流手术解剖标志的识别与技术要点。方法:回顾复习44例抗返流手术的录像,分析膈肌脚、迷走神经等解剖标志的识别方法,归纳充分游离食管、修补食管裂孔及不同胃底折叠方法的技术要点。结果:44例手术全部找到解剖标志,无严重手术并发症,术后长期疗效确切。结论:腹腔镜抗返流手术中注意识别解剖标志与严格按照技术要点操作是手术成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective:To summarize anatomic landmarks and the key points of techniques in laparoscopic antireflux surgery.Methods:The tapes of 44 cases were reviewed retrospectively including analyzing the identification of crus of diaphragm and vagus,summarizing the technological key points of dissociationg esophagus,repairing hiatus hernia and folding methods.Results:Anatomic landmarks were all identified and there were no severe operative complications.Long-term follow-up was satisfactory.Conclusions:Identification ... |
