| 摘 要： | 目的:观察疏肝和胃丸抑制大鼠胃酸、胃蛋白酶分泌的作用。方法:将40只大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、胃苏冲剂组、疏肝和胃丸组,每组10只。末次灌胃后,除对照组外的大鼠均采用幽门结扎法复制大鼠胃溃疡模型,观察各组大鼠胃酸、胃蛋白酶分泌的变化。结果:疏肝和胃丸组大鼠胃酸、胃蛋白酶的分泌水平明显降低,与模型组、胃苏冲剂组比较均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:疏肝和胃丸具有显著抑制胃酸、胃蛋白酶分泌的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effects of Shugan Hewei Pill on inhibiting the secretion of gastric acid and pepsin of rats with gastric ulcer. Methods:40 rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, weisu granule treatment group, Shugan Hewei pill treatment group. Model rats were induced by ligating pylorus. The contents of gastric acid and pepsin of all groups were dectected. Results:Compared with model group and Weisu granule treatment group, the contents of gastric acid and pepsin were obviously decreased in Shugan Hewei pill treatment group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Shugan Hewei Pill has obvious effects on inhibiting the secretion of gastric acid and pepsin of rats with gastric ulcer. |
