| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脾破裂合并多发伤的诊断和治疗方法。方法回顾性总结分析脾破裂并多发伤病例的诊治经验。结果53例牌破裂并多发伤手术治疗，49例治愈，4例死亡。结论手术治疗是治疗脾破裂并多发伤的有效方法。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To explore the method of diagnosing and treating spleen rupture combined with multiple wounds. [Methods]Retrospective analysis was made on the diagnosis and treatment of spleen rupture combined with multiple wounds. [Results]53 cases of spleen rupture combined with multiple wounds were treated with operation, 49 were cured and 4 died. [Conclusion]Operative treatment is an effective method of curing spleen rupture combined with multiple wounds. |
