p120ctn在乳腺癌中的表达及意义

目的 探讨乳腺癌组织中p120^ctn的表达。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测50例乳腾癌组织中E-cadherin、p120^ctn的表达。结果 乳腺癌组织中有29例（58％）E—cadherin表达异常，37例（74％）p120^ctn的表达异常，其中35例（70％）胞浆内异位表达。E-cadherin膜表达下降与p120^ctn的胞浆异位表达呈正相关（rs=0．53，P〈0．01）。p120^ctn 在浸润性小叶癌中的异常表达率（94．4％）明显高于浸润性导管癌（62．5％），P〈0．05。p120^ctn异常表达与分化程度相关（P〈0．05）。但p120^ctn异常表达与TNM分期、淋巴结转移与否无显著相关性（P〉0．05）。结论 p120^ctn在乳腺癌组织中呈异常表达，并与E-cadherin表达相关，在乳腺癌发生、发展中可能起着重要作用；p120^ctn与浸润性小叶癌的发生和发展更为密切。

The expression and significance of p120ctn in invasive breast cancer

Objective This study was performed to determine the expression of p120ctn in breast cancer to investigate its correlation with the clinical and pathologic parameters.Method We studied the alterations of E-cadherin,p120ctn in 50 cases of breast cancer by high sensitive SP immunohistochemical method.Results The abnormal expression rates of E-cadherin,p120ctn were 58%(29/50),74%(37/50) respectively.There were 35(70%) cases showed abnormal cytoplasmic staining of p120ctn.Reduction of E-cadherin in membrane and abnormal cytoplasmic staining of p120ctn showed a significantly positive correlation(rs=0.53,P<0.01).The abnormal expression rate of p120ctn in ILC was significantly higher than that in IDC(P<0.05).There was a significant correlation between abnormal expression of p120ctn and tumor differentiation(P<0.05),but no correlation with clinical stage and lymph node metastasis(P>0.05).Conclusion The expression of p120ctn is abnormal in breast carcinoma and there is a significant correlation in expression of E-cadherin and p120ctn.p120ctn may play an important role in cell transformation and tumor progression in breast cancer,especially in lobular breast cancer.
