| 摘 要： | 目的:分析髓母细胞瘤的MRI影像学特点。方法:搜集经手术病理证实的髓母细胞瘤12例,行MRI检查。其中男9例。女3例,年龄3岁～17岁。10岁以下患者7例(58%)。结果:髓母细胞瘤好发于男性儿童,常见于小脑蚓部。MRI扫描T_1加权像呈等或稍低信号,T_2加权像呈等或略高于脑灰质信号,注药后呈中等至明显强化。结论:磁共振影像学检查可以有效的诊断髓母细胞瘤。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyse the MRI features of medulloblastoma.Methods 12 cases with medulloblastoma proved by surgery and pathology undervent MRI scaning.There were 9 male and 3 female in which 7(58% ) cases were below 10 years old.The others 5 (42%)cases were 11～20 years old.Results Medulloblastoma was common in children predominantly in male,frequently involving the inferior vermis.On MRI scan,they appeared isoand slightly hypointensity on T_1 WI,iso-or slightly byperintensity on T_2WI with moderate to marked enhancement after contrast injection.Conclusion The MRI is helpful for diagnosis of diagnosis of medulloblastoma. |
