| 摘 要： | 以川乌与白芍配伍前后的水煎液分别给小鼠灌胃 ,急性毒性实验结果为 :川乌 L D5 0 16 3.75 7g· kg- 1、乌芍 1∶ 1L D5 0 2 39.332 g· kg- 1 、乌芍 1∶ 2 L D5 0 2 5 0 .380 g· kg- 1 、乌芍 2∶ 1L D5 0 183.189g· kg- 1 ,配伍前后有明显差异 ( P<0 .0 1) ,表明乌芍配伍能降低川乌的毒性 ,但是 ,腹腔注射未出现上述结果。

| Abstract: | In the experiment,mice were randomly divided into six groups to observe the toxicity experiment ofWhite Peony Root and Radix Aconiti together or single use. In observation groups ,group 1 was perfused with sin-gle White Peony Root decoction,group 2 with single Radix Acontit, and group 3-5 with Radix Aconiti and WhitePeony Root together in different proportion, which the ratios of Radix Aconiti to White Peony Root were 1 : 1(group3), 1 : 2 (group4), 2 : 1 (group 5) respectively. The results were that LD50 in guoup 2-5 were 163.757,239.332,250.380 and 183.189 g·kg-1(P＜0.01). It indicated that the toxicity of Radix Aconiti could be reducedremarkably as it was administered with White Peony Root together. But,the above metioned results didn't reap-peared as the two drugs were given through intraperitoneal injection. |
