| 摘 要： | 目的探讨早期护理干预对高血压患者不良生活方式的影响,以提高其生活质量。方法将我院近4年218例高血压患者随机分成干预组110例和对照组108例,对照组给予常规药物治疗和预防高血压病的一般注意事项,干预组在此基础上实施各种形式的护理干预措施。6个月后对两组人群进行随访,并对两组患者的生活方式和血压进行评价。结果干预组患者的不良生活方式和降压效果与对照组比较有明显变化,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论实施积极的护理干预措施,改变其生活方式,促进早日康复。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effects of early nursing intervention on the life style of hypertension patients. Methods 218 hypertension patients were divided into interventional group（110cases） and controlled group（108cases） at random, Two groups were given the same normal regulations drug treating and told notice of preventing from hypertension,The interventional group was given various forms nursing intervention. We conducted follow up of two groups and assessed the two group＇s life style and the blood pressure after six months. Results The compersion of two groups has the significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion To carry out positive measures of nursing intervention and change life style,in order to speedy recovery. |
