肝癌组织SOD、PCNA免疫组化定位观察

摘    要:目的:探讨肝细胞癌与超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的关系。方法:对23例发性肝细胞性肝癌组织进行SOD及PCNA免疫组织化学研究(SP法)。结果:肝癌细胞的SOD标记阳性率和阳性程度高于癌旁肝组织及正常肝组织(P<0.05);PCNA标记阳性率和阳性程度明显高于癌旁肝组织及正常肝组织(P<0.01),并且随癌细胞分化程度的降低而增强(P<0.05)。结论 降低肝癌细胞中SOD的活性是抑制肝癌细胞生长的有效方法。

Abstract:To explore the relationship between superoxide dismutase(SOD),proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) and hepatocellular carcinoma.SOD and PCNA expression determination was carried out in hepatocellular carcinoma tissues in 32 cases by immunohistochemical method (SP method).The positive rate of SOD and its level were higher in the carcinoma tissues than those in the peritumor tissues and the normal liver tissues (P<0.05).The positive rate of PCNA and its level markedly high in the carcinoma tissues than those in the peritumor tissues and the normal liver tissues (P<0.001),with the lower differentiation,the higher expression (P<0.05).[Conclusions]Reducing the activity of SOD will be the effective way to inhabit the growth of hepatocellular carcinoma.
