小学教师的应对方式与心理健康的关系

摘    要:目的探讨小学教师的应对方式与心理健康的关系,为维护和促进教师的心理健康提供心理学依据。方法采用应对方式问卷和症状自评量表(SCL-90)对260名小学教师进行问卷调查。结果小学教师主要采用解决问题、求助的应对方式。小学教师SCL-90的总均分大于或等于2者占总体的19.1%,主要心理问题是强迫和人际敏感。自责、幻想对心理问题的总均分和各因子有正向预测作用,解决问题对其有负向预测作用。结论采用消极应对方式容易引发多种心理问题,采用积极应对方式有助于心理健康。

Abstract:Objective To study the relationship between coping style and mental health of primary school teachers, and to provide psychological evidence for improving their mental health. Methods 260 primary school teachers were investigated by Coping Style Questionnaire (CSQ) and Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90). Results They mainly adopted styles of solving problems and seeking support. In general, 19.1% teachers average scores of SCL-90 are more or equal to 2, the main symptoms are obsessive-compulsive, interpersonal sensitivity, and so on. The stepwise regression analysis shows that self-abusiveness and fantasy have striking positive predictable function on unhealthy mental health status, solving problems has negative predictable function on it. Conclusion Negative copying styles injure mental health; positive copying styles benefit mental health.
