| 摘 要： | 容积敏感性外向整流氯离子通道对维持细胞容积平衡、影响细胞凋亡、调节细胞的电活动等多种生物功能发挥重要的作用。本文就近年有关容积敏感性外向整流氯离子通道的生理特性和其在凋亡性细胞容积调节、心肌细胞缺血／再灌注损伤及心律失常等病理情况下的作用研究作一综述。

| Abstract: | The volume -sensitive outwardly rectifying （VSOR） chloride channel is known to be involved in a variety of physiological processes including cell volume regulation, apoptosis and electrical activity. This paper reviews the physiological property of VSOR and its roles in apoptolic volume regulation, myocardial ischemic -reperfusion injury, arrhythmia and so on. |
