生物技术药物给药系统的研究进展

摘    要:以生物技术药物制剂的新技术和新剂型为着眼点,综述3高分子材料在生物技术药物制剂中的研究进展.大量优良的高分子材料被作为生物技术药物的载体,提高了生物技术药物的稳定性和生物利用度,使药物在治疗上更加有效和安全,病人也更易使用.高分子材料的发展带动了生物技术药物制剂的发展.

Abstract:The purpose is to review the progress in research of biotechnology drug delivery system.A large number of excellent macromolecules are used as the vehicles to improve the biotechnology drugs' stability and bioavailability.Therefore its clinical application is less toxic and more effective as well as the patients are willing to use it.The development of macromolecule promotes the biotechnology drugs' progress.
