纳米组织工程骨与兔骨髓基质干细胞体外生物相容性的实验研究

摘    要:目的探讨纳米组织工程骨(NHAC)与兔骨髓基质干细胞(RMSCs)体外生物相容性,为应用组织工程方法修复骨缺损提供依据。方法将RMSCs与NHAC体外复合培养,进行形态学和功能测定。结果骨髓基质干细胞能在纳米组织工程骨上良好地粘附、增殖、生长。细胞的活性和碱性磷酸酶活性未受到纳米组织工程骨的影响。结论NHAC具有良好的生物相容性,可作为骨组织工程理想的生物材料。

Abstract:Objective To explore the biocompatibility of the nano-hydroxyapatite/collagen composite and rabbit bone mesenchymal stem cell in order to offer the ideal bone material for treating bone defect.Methods The morphology and function of the RMSCs were observed by coculturing NHAC with RMSCs in vitro.Results The RMSCs could well adhere to,proliferate and grow normally and perfectly on the surface and holes of NHAC.The cellular activity and alkaline phosphatase activity were not influenced by NHAC.Conclusion NHAC has good biocompatibility and can be used as ideal biomaterial in bone tissue engineering.
