| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年高血压病患者血压变异性（BPV）对平均血小板体积（MPV）及高敏C反应蛋白（hsCRP）的影响。方法入选初诊的老年高血压病患者120例,行24h动态血压监测（ABPM）,根据24h收缩压标准差（SSD）第50百分位数（P50）,分为高BPV组和低BPV组,每组60例。另入选血压正常的40例老年健康者作为对照组。检测各组患者BPV、MPV及hsCRP水平,并进行比较分析。结果与对照组相比,高血压病患者BPV值显著增加（P〈0.05）。高血压病患者MPV、hsCRP水平与对照组（P〈0.05）,高BPV组MPV、hsCRP水平与低BPV组（P〈0.05）间的差异均有显著统计学意义。MPV值、hsCRP值与SSD的呈正相关（r分别为0.592、0.795,P〈0.05）。结论老年高血压病患者的血压变异对MPV、hsCRP显著影响,可促进血小板活化及炎症反应。
