B型超声在颌面部及涎腺疾病中的应用

目的及方法：本文对69例颌面及涎腺疾病超声定位、物理性质诊断、病理诊断进行分析，并与核素扫描（ECT）比较，以肯定超声应用价值。结果：炎性病变33例，定位、物理性制裁符合率为100%，与病理诊断符合率为81%；良性肿瘤26例，定位、物理性质符合率分别为96%、85%，与病理诊断符合率42%；恶性肿瘤5例，定位、物理性质符合率均为100%，与病理诊断符合率为20%。结论：超声对炎性病变及部分疾病如：甲状舌管囊肿、鳃裂囊肿等有较高诊断符合率，能确定有无肿块及肿块部位、大小及毗邻关系，与核素扫描比较有明显优势。

The Application of B-Mode Ultrasonography in Maxillofacial and Salivary Glands Diseases

Objective and mothod:Compared with the result of ECT,we analysed 69 cases of maxillofacial and salivary glands' diseases under ultrasonic location,determined the physical features and pathological diagnosis in order to confirm the ultrasonography application value.Results The coincidence rate of ultrasonographical location and physical features was 100% in 33 cases of inflammatory lesions and the coincidence rate of pathological diagnosis was 81% ultrasonographical location and coincidence rate was 96% and 85% respectively,pathological diagnosis' coincidence rate was 81% in 26 cases of benign tumor;its determent location and nature's coincidence rate was 100%,pathological diagnosis' coincidence rate was 20% in 5 cases of malignant tumor.Conclusion ultrasonography has a higher diagnostic coincidence rate in inflammation pathological changes and in the part of diseases such as thyroglossal tract cyst and branchial cleft cyst.Furthermore,it can determine whether or not there has tumor and it can also determine the location and size of tumor and relation to its neighbor.Ultrasonography has advantage over ECT.
