2007年—2009年我院麻醉药品应用情况分析

目的了解我院近3年来麻醉药品的使用情况,为促进合理用药提供依据。方法对我院2007年—2009年麻醉药品的使用金额、用药频度进行统计分析。结果我院麻醉药品的消耗金额逐年增长,枸橼酸芬太尼注射液用药频度居首位。结论医院要继续加强合理使用麻醉药品的培训,改变麻醉药品使用中的不合理现象。临床药师要积极发挥药学专业优势,紧密协同临床治疗团队,为患者提供个体化药学服务,确保麻醉药品的安全、合理使用。

Analysis of narcotics used in our hospital during 2007-2009

Objective To investigate the situation of narcotics used in our hospital in the last three years so as to provide basis for rational use of narcotics.Methods The utilization of narcotics in our hospital during 2007～2009 was analyzed statistically in respect of the consumption sum and frequence of Medication.Results The consumption of narcotic increased gradually every year.Fentanyl Citrate Injection led the first took the lead in terms of frequence of Medication.Conclusion The hospital must continue to strengthen the training of narcotic reasonable use to change narcotic use unreasonable phenomenon.The clinical pharmacist should fully play to the pharmacy specialized superiority,closely coordinated clinical care team,provided the personalized pharmacy service for the patient to guarantee the narcotic the security and the reasonable use.
