活血止痛膏外敷治疗带状疱疹105例

目的观察活血止痛膏外敷对带状疱疹的治疗效果。方法将205例随机分为两组，治疗组用活血止痛膏外敷患处，对照组用阿昔洛韦软膏外敷患处，均每日1次，10d为一个疗程，观察疗效。结果与对照组相比，治疗组有效率明显优于对照组，两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）；止痛、止疱、结痂、疗程也明显优于对照组，差异有极显著性（P〈0．01），且未有一例留有后遗神经痛。结论活帆止痛膏治疗带状疱疹的止痛、止新生疱疹、结痂疗效明显，见效快，无后遗神经痛，疗效确切。

Observation of Huoxuezhitong Plaster for External Application for 105 Cases with Herpes Zoster

Objective To observe the effect of Huoxuezhitong plaster on herpes zoster（HZ ）. Methods 205 patients with HZ were randomly divided into two groups： therapy group and control group. Therapy group was treated with Huoxuezhitong paster, and control group with aeiclovir ointment. Treatment group was given once a day, 10 sessions constituting one therapeutic course and then the curative effect were observed. Results The effect of treatment group was superior to control group significantly. In terms of pain relieving time, herpes stopping time,scab forming time post herpetic neuralgia,the curative rate was obviously better in treatment group than in control group. Moreover,there was no patients with postherpetic neuralgia in treatment group. Conclusion The curative effect is obvious on ttuoxuezhitong Plaster in treating pain relieving time, herpes stopping time, scab forming time, and post herpetic neuralgia.
