摘    要:目的 淡研究脑损伤后挫裂伤灶旁局部脑组织乳酸代谢及线粒体SOD、MDA变化和脑水肿的关系,以进一步探讨其在脑损伤后不同时期的影响。方法 以自由落体脑创伤为模型,采用生化检测的方法对伤后4h、24h、48h不同时间大鼠伤侧大脑皮质乳酸及线粒体SOD活力、MDA的含量测定,用干湿重法测相应时间脑组织含水量。结果 在伤后4h脑组织含水量即增加,并且随着乳酸及线粒体SOD、MDA含量的改变而发生变化、与对

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the mechanisms of brain edema after traumatic brain injury and the relationship of the brain edema to the lactate content, the levels of SOD and MDA in the mitochondria during the course of evolution of brain edema. Methods The activities of the mitochondria SOD,MDA as well as the lactic acid and water content in the traumatized brain tissues of rats were serially measured 4, 24 and 48 hrs after the brain injury. The possible relationships between these variables were then analyzed. Results Increase in water content of the brain tissuse was observed as easly as 4 hrs after the brain injury and its changes were closely in accordance with the changes of the lactate in the brain tissue and SOD activity and MDA content in the mitochondria . Conclusions The authors pointed out that there were a lot of factors being related to the secondary damage to brain tissues after traumatic injures. Among these the disturbance of the mitochondria function might play an important role in the formation and evolution of brain edema.
