72例16岁以下未成年人吸毒原因调查

目的:了解16a以下未成年人吸食毒品的原因。方法:采用自拟问卷,对2006年1月-2007年10月间在昆明市强制戒毒所接受脱毒治疗的72例未成年人进行调查,内容包括:人口学特征、家庭状况、接受相关教育和药物滥用情况等。结果:72名被调查者,年龄8-16(14.23±s4.15)a,农村人口占77.8%;少数民族占51.4%;小学和文盲占73.6%;父母基本不过问学习和思想情况者占81.9%;学校不重视毒品预防和思想道德教育者占87.5%;学习压力过大者占55.6%;同学和朋友中有吸毒现象者占87.5%;首次吸毒的原因以好奇和被他人教唆、引诱为普遍,分别为66.7%和76.4%,但多数为数因并存。结论:未成年人吸毒的主要原因与文化素质低、学校和家庭的相关教育少、未成年人自身心理发育不成熟,以及社会的负面影响等因素有关。提示:应从青少年的身心特点入手,有针对性地加强教育宣传,建立学校、家庭、社会"三位一体"的思想道德教育网络,构筑未成年人拒毒防毒的坚强防线。

REASONS FOR DRUG USE OF 72 YOUTH UNDER 16 YEARS OLD

Objective:To understand reasons for drug use among youth under 16 years old.Methods:An investigation was conducted among 72 drug users less than 16 years old who were doing drug detoxification in Kunming Compulsory Drug Detoxification Center from January 2006 to October 2007 with a self-designed questionnaire.The contents included:demographic characteristics,family condition,related education accepted,drug abuse situation and etc.Results:The age of the subjects was 8-16(14.23±s 4.15)a;rural population accounted for 77.8%;the national minorities accounted for 51.4%;73.6% received primary school education or illiteracy;81.9% users'parents never paid attention to their study or mental development;87.5% users' school did not attach importance to drug use prevention and moral education;55.6% felt study pressure,and 87.5% had classmates or peer using drugs.First drug use experience caused by curiosity or allured by others was the common reason for drug use(curiosity 66.7% and being allured 76.4%).Conclusion:Relative factors for young children using drugs are low education level,less care from schools and families,psychological development immature,negative influence from the society etc.This suggests that preventive education on drugs combined with general education should be conducted among children both at home and school according to their psychological and mental health characteristics.Family,school and the society should take their own responsibility to prevent children from drug use and grow up healthily.
