腰椎侧隐窝神经阻滞结合三维正脊治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床观察

摘    要:目的观察腰椎侧隐窝神经阻滞结合三维正脊治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效及远期疗效。方法对230例腰椎间盘突出症住院患者采用腰椎侧隐窝神经阻滞结合三维正脊治疗,1月后判断临床疗效,2年后判断远期疗效。结果230例患者,优120例,良58例,可38例,差14例,优良率77.39%。随访150例,优90例,良38例,可18例,差4例,优良率85.3%。结论腰椎侧隐窝神经阻滞结合三维正脊治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床效果显著,远期疗效稳定。

Abstract:Objective To observe clinical and long-term efficacy of treating the lumbar disc hemiationthe by the nerve block of lumbar lateral recess combined with three-dimensional main ridge. Methods 230 cases of hospitalized patients with lumbar disc herniation were treated by nerve block of lumbar lateral recess combined with three-dimensional main ridge, to judge clinical efficacy after 1 month and long-term efficacy two years later. Results 230 patients were excellent in 120 cases, good in 58 cases, general in 38 cases, poor in 14 cases, excellent and good rate was 77.39%. Follow-up patients were 150 cases, excellent in 90 cases, good in 38 cases, general in 18 cases and poor in 4 cases, excellent and good rate was 85.3%. Conclusion Treating the lumbar disc herniationthe by the nerve block of lumbar lateral recess combined with three-dimensional main ridge has obvious clinical efficacy and stable long-term efficacy.
