| 摘 要： | 目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定维药祖卡木胶囊中吗啡含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Waters Symmetry C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.5%乙酸胺溶液(含0.02%三乙胺)=20∶80,检测波长为240nm。结果:吗啡进样量在100.8～378.0μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);平均回收率为98.73%,RSD=2.1%(n=9)。结论:本方法简单、准确,可用于祖卡木胶囊的质量控制。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To establish an HPLC method for the determination of the content of the Morphine in Zukamu capsule, a Uigbur medicine. METHODS： The separation of samples was performed on Waters Symmetry C18（150mm×4.6mm,5μm） and the mobile phase consisted of methanol- 0.5% ammonium acetate solution（containing 0.02% triethylamine） （20 ： 80） under the UV detection wavelength of 240 nm. RESULTS： Morphine showed a good linearity in the range of 100.8μg-378.0μg（r=0.999 9） and its average recovery rate was 98.73 % （RSD = 2.1%, n = 9）. CONCLUSION ： The method is simple,accurate,and it is applicable for the quality control of Zukamu capsule. |
