乳腺癌C-erbB-2与肿瘤血管生成的关系及其临床意义

目的:探讨C-erbB-2与肿瘤血管生成的关系及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化二步法检测乳腺癌组织中C-erbB-2、血管内皮生成因子(VEGF)的表达水平并测定微血管密度(MVD)。结果:50例乳腺癌C-erbB-2、VEGF阳性表达率分别为44%(22/50)、64%(32/50),MVD值25.96±11.59。乳腺癌淋巴结转移组的C-erbB-2、VEGF阳性表达率和MVD值均高于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.05或P<0.01);C-erbB-2、VEGF阳性表达和MVD值与年龄、肿瘤大小、临床分期无关(P>0.05)。C-erbB-2与VEGF表达呈正相关(P<0.05);C-erbB-2阳性表达与MVD值呈正相关(P<0.01),VEGF阳性表达与MVD值呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论:联合检测C-erbB-2与VEGF、MVD可为临床评价乳腺癌预后提供客观依据。

Correlation Between C - erbB - 2 and Angiogenesis and Its Clinical Significance in Breast Cancer

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the correlation between C - erbB - 2 and angiogenesis of breast cancer and its clinical significance. METHODS： The expression of C- erbB- 2, VEGF（vascular endothelial growth factor） and MVD （microvessel density） in breast cancer tissues were detected by two-step immunohistochemical method. RESULTS： For the 50 breast cancer specimens, the positive rate was 44 % （22/50） for C erbB- 2 vs.64% （32/50） for VEGF, and the MVD value was 25.96 ± 11.59. The positive expression rates of C- erbB- 2 and VEGF and MVD value in patients with lymph node metastasis of breast cancer were all higher than in those without lymph node metastasis of breast cancer（P〈0.05 or P〈 0.01）. The positive expression rates of C- erbB- 2 and VEGF and MVD value were independent of patients＇ age, tumor size and clinical stage（P 〉0.05）. C-erbB-2 expression was positively correlated with VEGF expression（P〈0.05） ; C-erbB-2 positive expression was positively correlated with MVD values （P〈0.01） and VEGF positive expression was also positively correlated with MVD values （P 〈 0.01） . CONCLUSION： Detection of the expressions of C- erbB- 2 and VEGF and MVD value can provide objective basis for the clinical evaluation of the prognosis of breast cancer.
